Cravings by Light was born in August 2025 from two simple things: my love for cooking and my desire to bring authentic African flavours to Malta.

After noticing that there weren't many options for the kind of African food I was looking for, I decided to turn my passion for cooking into something bigger. I wanted to create food that would give people that comforting taste of home, while also introducing others to the richness of Nigerian cuisine.

I started with some of my favourite homemade dishes, including Egusi soup and chicken stew. I shared my food on TikTok, not knowing where it would lead, and that's where I got my very first customer.

From that first order, Cravings by Light has continued to grow, one customer, one plate and one event at a time.

Today, we offer authentic Nigerian meals, small chops, party trays and catering services, all prepared with love, quality ingredients and, most importantly, Original Naija Taste.

What started from my kitchen and a passion for cooking has become a growing food brand in Malta. And this is only the beginning.
